The movie is flattened so it can be played on other platforms as well. 3D views were reconstructed with GE's Voxtool on a Sun Sparcstation. The images were transferred via FTP to a Mac, opened with NIH Image, converted to PICS and with MoviePlayer to MooV. Image matrix was reduced from 512 x 512 to 256 x 256. It is also possible to convert the movie to mpg with Sparkle.

I did not write this program; I downloaded it from the great Sumex machine at Stanford. Quite easy, but the interface is a bit counter-intuitive. You might need to experiment a few times before getting the hang of it.
